Ross Parker is a teacher with a passion for engaging students around understanding, using, demystifying and building computer technologies. As a passionate creator of technology, Ross has spent 10 years involved in designing and coding school software. Most recently, Ross has been focusing his coding energies into founding and building Gibbon (https://gibbonedu.org), the open source school platform. In addition to teaching, Ross is responsible for leading technology, pedagogy and assessment at ICHK Secondary. As an educator, Ross is committed to giving students the choice and freedom to find their own passion, the support and encouragement to develop understanding and skills, and the intellectual tools and curiosity to make up their own minds about life. As a public speaker Ross has presented a variety of tech-themed content through conferences, workshops, as a panel expert and as a regular on RTHK Radio 3.

Sandra is a web developer who works with international schools to help them discover open source solutions, and build sustainable tools and applications. As a Senior Developer for Gibbon, she helps squash bugs, develop new features, answer questions in the support forums, and is leading an object-oriented refactoring of the codebase.
